We possess a unique know-how, which is the polyacrylate universal POLYHOR. This is a high-molecular polymer based on sodium polyacrylate, the production of which was first launched in Ukraine by Lynks Laboratories according to the Waltech Aktiengesellschaft technological regulations. The product is certified and protected by international patent rights. High antiresorption, ion-exchanging, flocculating and gel-forming capacities of PAU POLYHOR make it possible to use it in the production of detergents and household chemical goods.
The Company produces and supplies PAU POLYHOR as well as renders the following services:
- Selection and analysis of raw materials;
- Development of the flow chart for the final product using PAU POLYHOR and, subject to additional agreement, its certification.
Innovational characteristics of the product:
- High molecular weight (up to 15m atomic units /à.u./)
- Technological process which allows synthesizing polymers with various molecular weights in the range from 0.5 to 15.0m a.u.
- The polyacrylate synthesized is water-soluble, which makes it possible to use it as a coagulant, flocculant, gel-forming agent and as an additive to surfactants to increase their foaming and detergent power.
- The polymer binds ions of heavy metals: ion-exchange capacity is about 6000mg-eq. per 1g polymer.
All this allows using the polymer in systems of water purification and water treatment as well as in environment protection measures.
